How it works.
- 1First month
We build your forecast, budget and KPI set from your books and your plans for the year.
- 2Every month
The forecast rolls forward, the budget is compared with actual results, and your KPIs arrive with a short note on what they mean.
- 3Every quarter
A review session to look back, look ahead and set priorities.
- 4Any time
Questions go straight to the senior lead on your account.
Built on clean books.
Forecasts are only as good as the books under them. Cash Flow & Advisory works best alongside our monthly bookkeeping. If someone else keeps your books, we review them first and quote a cleanup if anything needs fixing.
Is this for you?
- You’re profitable on paper, but cash still feels tight.
- You’re planning a hire, a big purchase or a move into a new market.
- Your sales swing with the seasons and you want to see the slow months coming.
- You’d like a budget you look at more than once a year.
Questions.
How is this different from my monthly financial statements?
Your statements show what already happened. The forecast shows what’s coming, week by week, so you can act before a tight month arrives.
Is this the same as a fractional CFO?
It covers the planning side of finance that most owner-led businesses need: forecasting, budgeting and a regular review. If your company needs a finance executive on its leadership team, a fractional CFO is the better fit.
How much of my time does it take?
Most of the work is ours. You join a kickoff session at the start and a review each quarter, and answer a few questions each month.
How much does it cost?
After a free consultation, we send a fixed monthly fee in writing. There’s no hourly billing.
